We are inviting expressions of interest from people with experience in the philanthropy sector, who are not Freemasons, to join our Board.
As a member of the Board, you share the responsibility for FFV's strategy, grant-making, compliance with the Corporations Act, and the governance standards set by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
Board meetings are held face-to-face at our office in East Melbourne 6 times a year. In addition, you will need to make yourself available to attend functions and represent FFV.
Freemasons Foundation Victoria is a public company limited by guarantee and the trustee for The Freemasons Public Charitable Foundation (FPCF) and Freemasons Benevolent Fund (FBF). Please visit our website www.freemasonsfoundation.org to find out more about FFV.
This is a voluntary position and carries no stipend.
