Annual General Meeting


The Members of Freemasons Foundation Victoria Limited invite our members and community partners to join us for the Annual General Meeting (AGM).


The purpose of the AGM is to consider the ordinary business of the Company, including:


(a) To confirm the minutes from the 2024 Annual General Meeting

(b) To receive and adopt the audited financial statements of The Freemasons Public Charitable Foundation, including the Directors’ Report and the Auditors’ Report.

(c) To receive and adopt the audited financial statements of Freemasons Benevolent Fund, including the Directors’ Report and the Auditors’ Report.

(d) To appoint the auditors for the ensuing financial year.

(e) Election of Directors

(f) Address by the Chairman of Directors

(g) Other Business

(h) Closing address by the Chairman of Members


We'll reflect on the past year of impact and also launch our 2024-25 Annual Report, showcasing the inspiring stories and outcomes made possible through our partnerships with Lodges and community organisations across Victoria.
