Business of the Annual General Meeting
The purpose of the AGM is to consider the ordinary business of the Company.
1. Ordinary Business
(a) To confirm the minutes from the 2022 Annual General Meeting
(b) To receive and adopt the audited financial statements of The Freemasons Public Charitable Foundation, including the Directors’ Report and the Auditors’ Report.
(c) To receive and adopt the audited financial statements of Freemasons Benevolent Fund, including the Directors’ Report and the Auditors’ Report.
(d) To appoint the auditors for the ensuing financial year.

(f) Address by the Chairman of Directors
(g) Other Business
