Xavier is the Managing Director of a leading Victorian consultancy McGregor Murtagh that provides digital marketing and PR solutions for companies both in Australia and overseas.

One of Freemasons younger leaders, he is the current Worshipful Master of the Point Nepean Lodge No. 371 and he is actively involved with several other masonic orders and charities.
