Matthew Schofield joined the Board of Freemasons Foundation Victoria in May 2023, and was appointed Deputy Chair in November 2023.

 

A qualified accountant at SW Accountants & Advisors (ShineWing), Matthew was part of the ShineWing business' Founding Partner Group in 2009, and is the Head of the Corporate Advisory Division and Chair of the SW Energy & Resources Industry Group.

 

Beyond this role, Matthew is President & Executive Committee Member of the Australia China Business Council Victoria Branch, National Board Member & Chair of Australia China Business Council Energy and Resources Working Group, and Immediate Past Chair of Alumni Council for the University of Melbourne Faculty of Business & Economics.

 

His charity work has included roles with the Snowdome Foundation and Royal Freemasons Homes.

 

Matthew is a member of the University Lodge and the Earl of Dunmore Lodge.
