Matilde-Rose Andre joined FFV August 2025, in the newly created role of Program and Community Engagement Manager. In addition to ensuring effective delivery of our Masonic Lodge Community Grants, Scholarships and benevolent support, this role leads initiatives to strengthen engagement and grow the reach of our community-led grants, working closely with the Freemasons Victoria membership. 

Matilde brings extensive experience in fundraising, volunteering, and community engagement to the role, most recently having been Corporate Partnerships Manager at SecondBite.
